Finance Introducer Partnerships
EAS Finance works with accountants, solicitors, surveyors, architects, estate agents, mortgage brokers, financial advisers and other professional introducers whose clients require commercial, property or business finance.
Refer with confidence. We protect the relationship.
Give your client a clearer funding conversation before there is a live case.
The EAS Finance Workspace is free to use with your own clients. It can help you examine the numbers, funding structure, cash requirement, leverage and exit before deciding whether a professional finance introduction is needed.
You can use it whether or not the transaction is ultimately referred to EAS Finance.
Finance introducer partnerships should be useful before there is a referral.
We want professional introducers to be able to have a better first conversation with their clients rather than sending speculative enquiries to lenders or brokers.
The Workspace lets you explore a transaction from a funding and lender perspective. It can help identify where the numbers appear sensible, what may concern a lender and what information may still be needed.
There is no obligation to refer a transaction to EAS Finance simply because you have used the Workspace.
We understand what is at stake when you introduce a client.
A professional introduction carries your reputation with it. If the client is handled badly, the damage is not limited to the finance transaction. It can affect the relationship you have spent years building.
Our role is to deal with the finance requirement professionally, communicate clearly and respect the relationship that existed before we became involved.
We do not use an introduction as an opportunity to pursue unrelated services or establish a competing advisory relationship.
Clear communication
Your client should understand what is happening, what information is required and where the transaction stands.
You remain informed
We keep you updated at appropriate stages so you are not left outside a transaction you introduced.
Honest assessment
If the proposed structure appears unrealistic or needs changing, we explain why rather than forcing the case towards a lender.
Transparent costs
Broker fees and known transaction costs are explained before the client is asked to proceed.
Who we work with.
The relationship works best where the introducer understands the client and recognises that a specialist finance conversation may be useful.
Accountants
Clients may need property finance, working capital, acquisition funding, asset finance or help restructuring borrowing around a business or investment.
Solicitors
Property and commercial transactions often reveal funding requirements where timing, structure or existing debt needs specialist attention.
Surveyors & architects
Development, conversion, refurbishment and planning-led projects frequently need finance considered alongside the technical work.
Estate & commercial agents
Buyers may need short-term acquisition finance, commercial mortgages or development funding to keep a transaction moving.
Mortgage brokers & financial advisers
We can assist where a commercial or specialist property requirement sits outside the introducer’s own proposition or lender range.
Business advisers
Clients may need funding for growth, acquisition, working capital, equipment or property as part of a wider business plan.
A broad range of property and business finance.
You do not need to know which lender or product fits before making contact. The first task is to understand the transaction.
EAS Finance does not arrange regulated owner-occupier residential mortgages. Where a requirement falls outside our scope, we will say so rather than try to force it into an unsuitable route.

A simple referral process.
You do not need to prepare a complete finance application before speaking to us.
Send us the outline
Tell us what the client is trying to achieve, the approximate finance required, the security or business involved and the relevant timetable.
We give an initial view
We consider whether the requirement appears to sit within our market and identify the information needed to assess it properly.
The introduction is agreed
Where the client is introduced, the basis of the introducer relationship and any applicable referral remuneration are confirmed in writing.
We prepare and source
We gather the relevant information, prepare the finance proposition and approach lenders whose appetite fits the transaction.
We manage the case through completion
The client is supported through lender questions, valuation, legal work and completion, while the introducer is kept informed at appropriate stages.
Clear terms before business is referred.
Where appropriate, a standing introducer agreement can be put in place to set out how the relationship operates and the responsibilities of each party.
The intention is to make repeat introductions straightforward without creating unnecessary administration around every case.
Introducers should also ensure that any referral arrangement is consistent with their own professional, regulatory and employer requirements.
Have a client situation you would like us to look at?
Send us a brief outline. We can give you an initial view of whether the requirement sits within our market and what information would be useful next.
